Catch me on A Current Affair

Catch me tonight on A Current Affair, on Channel 9, having a chat about 2011 and what the year ahead holds for all of us as well as for a whole host of celebs that we mentioned during the interview. 6.30pm.

Moon Meditation: “Goodbye 2010…!”

Moon in Scorpio And so that’s it! Another year nigh on over! Where were you last New Year’s Eve? Do you remember what you did? How does that memory make you feel now? As the year comes to an end, I want to thank you SO MUCH for supporting moonology by coming to see the site. As you might have seen the other day, moonology was ranked Number 1 on the Best Astrology Blogs by Alexa – amazing and wonderful! Good luck for tonight and remember, we are nearly at the New Moon eclipse – the New Year is going to start with a super-charged booster!

Also, this is the perfect moment to make a Gratitude 2010 and Intention 2011 list. Making a list might seem like “a fun thing to do” but it’s actually much more than that. Intention is everything! It’s pretty self-explanatory, but in one list, note all that you’re grateful for in 2010 and in the other, list your plans for 2011. If there was something really hard that happened for you in 2010, you can also make a Burn List. Write down the bad stuff … and burn it!

So here we are! The end of the year. How do you feel? The year has been a lot about you learning lessons about life through your most important one to one relationships, and about you learning straight forward lessons about love. You’re in a once-every-30-year cycle so don’t feel too bad about any ups and downs you’ve experienced along the way. 2011 will actually bring you more lessons so it’s not something you should be trying to run away from! Where do you know you still have a lot to learn when it comes to dealing with other people? Find out some interesting info about your sexy side!

So who are you going to see tonight? 2010 has been a lot about culling your Friends Lists for Sadges, making sure that the people you’re left with in your inner circles are actually people you admire and can rely on and vice versa. If you know you’ve been a bit too hard on someone in the past 12 months, tonight is a great moment to send them a text message to wish them well as the year ends and to leave the way open to a rapprochement in 2011 – if you feel so inclined. Where do your best opportunities lie in the coming 3 months?

If you’re ending the year worrying about your family, then you really do need to relax, Cancer. You are a worrier at the best of times and this New Year’s Eve is no exception. However, the more you worry, the more negativity you will attract! Now don’t start worrying about THAT will you? Make at least one of your New Year’s Resolutions that you stop worrying about stuff which might never happen, especially but not only where your family is concerned. The Law of Attraction states with good reason that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Where do your best opportunities lie in the coming 3 months?

We are now in the silly season, correct? Which means that as a Gemini, it is incumbent on you to go out and have some FUN! If you have no such thing in mind for tonight as the year draws to a close, then so be it. It’s your life! But be aware of this. 2010 and 2011 are a lot about you learning to schedule in fun so that you can do all that you need to do and still find an outlet for that kid inside you that loves nothing better than to roll around laughing. So how do you feel? Here comes the end of 2010. How was it for you? Did your fears prove founded or unfounded? Do you think really acknowledging your fears was a good thing or a waste of time? Would they have been better off ignored? You need to ask yourself a few questions along these lines re fear. If you know that your fears tripped you up in 2010, then you need to work out how to not have that happen in 2011. It’s really a major issue for you as the year ends! Where do your best opportunities lie in the coming 3 months?

If you’re thinking about your New Year’s Resolutions, you could do a lot worse than to promise yourself that in 2011, you’re going to look on the bright side a lot more. You have Saturn in your 3rd House of the Mind now and throughout 2011. This makes it all too easy for you to think negatively even though there really is nothing to be gained from this! So make “Positive Thinking” one of your aims for 2011. The good news is that Saturn is very disciplined so you should find that your brain is easy to train in 2011. Where do your best opportunities lie in the coming 3 months?

So are you exhausted yet or are you full of all the vim and vigour you could want as you prepare to see out the old year and see in the new? Many Taureans have been working oh-so hard this year that they’ve just about run themselves into the ground. You may be feeling like you want some time off to curl up and get a good sleep. And that’s fair enough. But take this one bit of astro-advice with you into 2011; the more you can “do” routines in 2011, the less exhausted you’ll be this time next year. Find out some interesting info about your sexy side!

New Years is usually quite an introspective time for you. As the whole world and his dog is out there having a good time and making merry, you’re in the middle of your annual Sun in the 12th House cycle which is the time when you want to go within, reflect and contemplate. So of course, if you want to stay home and take stock tonight, that’s fine. Just remember, the best thing you can do for yourself in 2011 is to work hard to expand your horizons – you never know where it will take you!
